Return & Exchange Policy

 

If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days from the date purchased.  The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories, and packaging. We do not accept back items which have been damaged or chewed by an animal- you must contact the manufacturer. Food returns must include the UPC.  *All returns that meet these requirements are eligible for a store credit only*. All horse apparel & sale items are final. 

The Wholistic Pet does not cover the return shipping back to our facility and will not refund these charges. Returns are accepted only for items that have been purchased directly from The Wholistic Pet. 

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our facility.
