Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Every Day on all Orders over $99*

To automatically qualify for free shipping, orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within the continental US. Order subtotal must total over $99. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to choose best shipping methods. Orders containing frozen food items, or bags of dog food cannot be shipped.

Free Local Delivery on all Orders over $49*

To automatically qualify for free local delivery, orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within a 8 mil radius of the store. Order subtotal must total over $49. Local delivery does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped the same day in most cases but are based on availability, weather, and time order was received. To see if you qualify for local delivery, simply enter your delivery address during checkout. 

Shipping 

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged based on weight, shipping method, and destination. Please be aware that we do not control shipping prices and these prices are calculated through their respected company servers. Also keep in mind, that USPS services are not guaranteed services. For example, priority 2-day mail simply means that the best-case scenario is that the package will arrive to your door within 2 days. However, being that this is not guaranteed service, the package could take longer to arrive. If you need the package by a certain date, we advise using UPS services.

 

Expedited shipping is available for all in stock items. For more information, please call 603-472-2273. Orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day, pending credit card authorization. Any order placed after 1 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day. We do however try to get all orders out the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times do not include weekend days or holidays.

Please be aware that Fedex SmartPost is a 2-8 day service and is not guaranteed.

 

While The Wholistic Pet takes all efforts to ensure all packages are delivered as ordered, the shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of all packages on time and free of damages. Certain circumstances can arise where the carrier is unable to deliver based on weather, remoteness, etc.

 

Frozen Items

Please note that any order containing a frozen or refrigerated item cannot be shipped at this time. Orders that fall into this category are able to choose local pickup or local delivery based on order total. For local delivery, items must be signed for upon receipt to avoid thawing when delivered. 

Bagged Dog Food

Please note that any order containing bags of dog food cannot be shipped at this time. Orders that fall into this category are able to choose local pickup or local delivery based on order total. 

 

    International Shipping

    Orders ship using USPS or UPS services. We reserve the right to choose best shipping method. Please allow 5-10 business days after the order has left our facility. Shipping times are not guaranteed. The Wholistic Pet is not responsible for customs delays or any duties, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or other fees, which may be incurred with your purchase. If you refuse a package after it has shipped and cleared by customs, we will deduct all fees associated with the package return from your refund.
