As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the highest quality of service and to ensure the efficiency of our operations, we occasionally need to make adjustments to how we serve you.

It is in this spirit that we announce a temporary pause to our local delivery service.

Please note that the last day to place an order for local delivery will be February 20th, 2024.

This pause will allow us to evaluate and enhance our delivery operations, ensuring that we can continue to meet your needs effectively and sustainably.

We understand that this change may affect how you shop with us, and we are here to support you through this transition. Here are a few important points to consider:

In-Store Shopping:

Our doors remain open 7 days a week for you to browse and buy in person. Our staff is excited to welcome you and assist with your shopping needs.

Curbside and Store Pickup:

For your convenience, our curbside pickup and store pickup service will continue to operate. You can place orders online or over the phone and pick them up at our store at a scheduled time.

Shipping Options:

While we are pausing local delivery, we want to remind you that shipping is still available for a wide range of products. However, please note that dog food bags and frozen items cannot be shipped. We encourage you to take advantage of this option for products not affected by these restrictions.

We are committed to keeping you informed about further updates, including the resumption date of our local delivery service. Rest assured, we are taking this step to ensure that we can offer you even better service in the future.
