Instructions:
Applying for a wholesale or distributor account is simple.

If you have a customer account:

1. Log into your account or use this link.
2. After logging in you will be taken to the User Manager page.  Near the bottom of this page you will see a link to Wholesale & Distributor Accounts. Click that link.
3. Fill out the business account application and then submit it. Your information will be reviewed and we will contact you if we have any further questions.
4. You will be notified within 7-10 business days when your application is approved. Once approved, when you log in, your correct pricing will be displayed. 

If you do not have a customer account:

1. Apply for a business account by clicking this link.
2. Fill out the form completely and submit.
3. We will then review your application and you will be notified within 7-10 business days when your application is approved.
