Do you use any fillers in your products?

No. Here at Wholistic Pet Organics we believe in pure, natural products. We do not dilute any of our products with any fillers. When you buy a product from us rest assured it is the very best, most potent product available. 

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is a main goal. We want you to have a positive shopping experience with us. In order to attain that goal, we do guarantee all our products up to 30 days after purchase. We will issue a credit, exchange or cash refund (dependent on your method of payment) up to 30 days after purchase, excluding shipping. All items returned must be in the same like condition as received with all appropriate packaging. In the case of bagged pet foods or nutritional supplements, we regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened bags or containers. In addition, items that have tamper-proof seals cannot be returned for credit once the seal is broken.  If you wish to return an item, simply call 603-472-8300 for a return authorization number. Unfortunately, unless you receive an item in error, which is our fault, we are unable to reimburse your shipping costs. However, we will gladly reimburse you the cost of the item minus a 25% restocking fee. If a product is returned to us with no return authorization, we are sorry to say that we cannot honor the return or credit your account.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

Here at Wholistic Pet Organics we use only the finest, certified organic, and human-grade ingredients. We believe that if it is not good enough for you, it is not good enough for your pets. All of our ingredients are USDA certified organics and/or human-grade quality. Our nutrecuticals are also USP standardized. 

When will I receive my order?

We understand that when you place an order, you want to receive it as quickly as possible. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. However, bear in mind, that we do not store any of our products in bulk. The manufacturing of our products occurs on a weekly, if not daily, basis... when you order a product from us, rest assured that it is as fresh as possible. All orders received by 11 A.M EST, are processed the day of receipt. Orders received after 11 A.M, are processed the following day, although if time permits, they too will be processed earlier. Once processed, your order will usually ship within 24-48 hours, if not sooner. We ship daily by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Postal Service. We do offer Second Day Air and Next Day Air Service at an additional charge, which is added on to the basic ground rate.

Why do you need my email address?

You, our customer, are very important to us and we are here to ensure your satisfaction. When you provide us with an email address, your address is serving a two-fold purpose. First, we notify you via email  when your package is shipped. You will also be able to monitor and track your shipment online so you will know exactly where it is at any point in time. Periodically we send out email specials so that we can offer you great savings on our products. It's our way of thanking you for your continued support of our Wholistic Pet Organics line of pet products. We never sell or share your email address.
